HAPPY IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT!
I was at the Christophersons the other day and saw this saying displayed in the kitchen:
"HAPPY IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT-ALWAYS HAS BEEN, ALWAYS WILL BE"
What a simple truth to live by and it goes hand in hand with this mormon ad "Come What May and Love It".
We will always be blessed when we choose the better part, follow the commandmants and strive to live a Christ like life.
I am greatful for the the sure things in life: My family, my friends and my Faith- These are the things that bring Lasting Happiness. And By these I have been blessed abundantly!
Its 10:00- And I walk thru the house to do my usual lights out routine: Alarm on, Doors locked, The girls are still tucked in and lastly I sneak into Blanes room to make sure that he is sleeping soundly- And this is what I found....
Blane In A Box! (The lights were out of course) And then It starts to come to me-
Its 9:00 -
Blane: "Mommy , Im going to sleep in the box tonight"-
Me: (As I look up from my book and pretend to be interested) "Okay honey, thats nice. Now go back to bed."
And off he went..... To sleep in his box, instead of the bed.. ..

Could this be a sign of his future residence? Maybe I should make a donation to the Poverelo House now -Just incase his box fetish continues.....

wow, he looks totally comfy in there. i love how you said "pretended to be interested" in what he was saying to you. i'm glad someone else does that to their kids too!
It's all good Karen. Trevor is determined to drive a garbage truck or street sweeper. As long as they are happy when they grow up.
